Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, worn, or missing original tags will not be accepted for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error. Some banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend taking the following steps: First, check your bank account again as some processing times may vary. Second, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Third, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter. Please include your order number, the date of purchase, and the payment method used in your communication.
